VisaSalaries is provided for informational and research purposes. You may browse, search, and reference the data for personal, educational, journalistic, and non-commercial research use. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Site, including automated scraping that degrades service for others, or circumventing rate limits or security measures.
• Misrepresent the data — for example, presenting our derived estimates as official government figures, or attributing the data to an individual rather than to public DOL filings.
• Use the data to harass, discriminate against, or make adverse decisions about specific individuals.

The data on the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The figures are derived from third-party government filings that may themselves contain errors, omissions, or retroactive corrections, and our processing introduces normalization, estimation, and aggregation steps described on our methodology page. Wage levels and lottery breakpoints in particular include derived approximations, not official OEWS values. Nothing on the Site is legal, immigration, financial, or employment advice, and it should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaSalaries disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the data.

Data on the Site is sourced from the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) Disclosure Data, a public government dataset. VisaSalaries is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor or any government agency.

Company names are trademarks of their respective owners. Data is sourced from publicly disclosed government filings. VisaSalaries is not affiliated with any company listed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page.
